Renesting
Every time I finish a big trial (i.e. 2005 murder trial) I have to clean. This drives Jack crazy. If my office is already in order which it usually is I attack his office (his usually is not). Lucky for Jack I am rearranging. I had ten years of old jury instructions, seven years of calenders and ten years of pocket parts. Why as attorneys do we feel the need to hold on to every piece of paper concerning law? I have finally today gotten rid of my barbri books. It's not like i'm going to take my own state's bar again.

Oh, but yes! Not just the office but the house, too. When a trial is over my office looks like Katrina hit. Putting the file to bed for the appellate (if I lost)heads, and clearing/cleaning helps clear my head and move on to the next trial file. I kept bar review books for about 10 years as I recall. I was afraid the Bar would call and say they made a mistake! Cindy

If you have a highly collectable baseball card collection they want that mf. Cars, land, homes, anything with wheels, collections, all real property. That's not fair. Taxes are paid. Bill paid fee paid, decent fucking public defense should be paid. It horse shit I'm bout to shred this fucking system we have to piesce fr. It makes me sick. If you have me the documents from Treasury the fed reserve and the IRS I guarantee every should in Washington DC would be in prison. The taxes are fucking paid. That's why we're are indigent mf. Well that along with stupid ass crazy inflation rates. And look at gas it takes 20 bucks to go to work 2 days. And work ain't but 8 min away. Mark my words. I will be the first convict president in US history. And I will fix every problem we have with one play. Almost every problem. And it's not a hail Mary to the inzone.
